Shaun White
Shaun White is largely recognised as the greatest snowboarder in Olympic history. He won the gold medal in the half-pipe event at the 2006 Winter Olympics with a score that was only three points short of a perfect score. He had a score high enough to win gold at the 2010 Olympics without running again, but he elected to do so anyway. This time, he fell just 1.5 points short of a perfect score.
