Dakota was born to ‘Home Alone’ actor Macaulay, 42, and actress, 34, in April 2021. The pair has discovered that planning their upcoming wedding has been “very convenient” since teaming up with Amazon Handmade to launch an online line of bespoke products.
“Wedding planning is extremely expensive and time-consuming,” she remarked. We are very busy with being new mothers. Being able to sit down and complete everything at once seems incredibly convenient. I may, however, stop at any moment with Amazon. It’s a lot of fun.
The former Disney Channel star went on to acknowledge that she does not “constantly” plan appointments and that being a wedding mom may be “very hard” for working parents.
“I don’t feel like I have to schedule an appointment every time I want to chat to someone or run to the shop,” she said to PEOPLE. And it’s incredibly difficult to do that—not just for new mothers, but also for working parents, working dads, and students. Song adds of her wedding preparations, “I can do it at 11 p.m., I can do that first thing in the morning, I can do that during nap time. I could do it while at work during breaks. And that’s what makes this so practical and beneficial.
The “The Suite Life of Zack and Cody” actress started dating former child actor Macaulay in 2017, and the two became engaged in January 2022.
They simply stated, “We’re overjoyed,” in a statement at the time.
